DOA   DOA: Products does not work within the first 30 days of purchase

You will need to contact ClearOne Tech Support (800-283-5936) for troubleshooting and they will advise of options.
If it is determined that an advanced replacement is required, you will need to give ClearOne credit card info. It will not be charged unless the defective unit is not returned within 30 days of receipt of the RMA.
You also have the option of "Await Return" which entails sending in the defective unit quickly and ClearOne will ship the replacement with they receive the defective unit.
In addition, ClearOne can work with you if you prefer checks or wire transfer.
